Job Role: Field Officer (Aggregation, Quality Assurance & Community Support)
Location: We are looking for people who live in or have strong ties to Sardauna (Taraba), Bali (Taraba), or Kurmi (Taraba).
Languages: You must speak Hausa very well. If you also speak Fula/Fulfulde, Mambilla, Tikar/Vute, Sugu/Sukur that is a big plus.
Field Officers are paid a per diem for each day worked, covering field visits, collection days, and travel.
Typical per diem: ₦5,000 – ₦7,000 per day (depending on location and responsibilities).
Transport/communication allowances (phone/data) are paid seperately where needed.
We are Aké Collective. We are working with women in villages to collect and dry grain / nuts in a clean and fair way. We want to help more women earn money from local products and take care of their land.
We are looking for a Field Officer who can work with women in local communities. You will help plan workdays, check the grain / nut quality, and make sure everyone is treated fairly.
We work best with people who are patient, observant, respected by others, and willing to learn from farmers, not just instruct them.
